Fiber Laser Precision Welder-SFM70


As a nanosecond fiber laser, SFM70 has MOPA configuration with a maximum frequency of 1000 kHz and high peak energy. With pulse mode and continuous welding mode, it’s a mixed type welding (take advantages of both heat conduction welding and deep penetration welding) can generate a variety of waveforms and accurately control the heat input into the material.

This model is widely applied in thin plate materials welding (below 0.2mm), reflective elements (copper alloy, aluminum alloy, gold) and dissimilar metal welding.

The solder joints of the products are well formed, uniform in size, and the tensile shear strength are significantly improved compared with YAG and millisecond fiber lasers.
