Fiber(CO2) Laser Stripping & Cutting Machine
A turnkey laser wire stripping and cutting system. Laser type(Laser Wavelength)is optional to remove different kinds of insulation and shield from cable and wire with a PLC controller / PC.
Suitable for the stripping of data cable below 5mm, small wire, flat wire, coaxial wire, single wire, double glue wire, multi-layer wire, etc.; We have Fiber laser series for Tinning shield, Aluminum foil shield, Copper foil Mylar, etc. We have CO2 laser series for Stripping of non-metallic materials such as wire jacket and insulation, including vinyl chloride, glass fiber, polyester, polyester film, fluoride, nylon, polyethylene, tantalum resin, aluminum foil, Teflon and others Hardness or high-temperature insulation materials, etc.
Galvanometer scanner stripping and Nozzle type are available to meet your productivity requirement.
