Laser welding is performed virtually in every industry as it offers numerous benefits such as high welding speeds, short weld cycles, low heat input, low heat affected zone and minimal distortion.
The good beam quality of the fiber lasers coupled with high CW powers offers deep penetration welding as well shallow conduction mode welding. Modulating these CW lasers offer pulsed laser capabilities with high peak and low average power for low heat input applications.
 
 

System structure

Fiber laser machine is made up of pump source, coupler, fiber with Ytterbium, cavity resonator and other parts. Beam quality of the fiber laser is much better than solid laser. So it’s believed that Fiber laser will instead of the solid laser someday. Fiber laser now is used in marking, welding, cutting, display, biological engineering, medical health and so on.

Operation Environment Requirements

Ø  Ambient temperature 15-35℃, air-conditioner is better.
Ø  Water temperature of the cooler 21-25℃.
Ø  Humidity 10%-95%; No dew; dehumidifier installation needed.
Ø  Power supply : AC230V;50/60Hz
Ø  Electric Power net undulation: ±5%; Power net suited to the international standard. Area with voltage amplitude above 5% should install automatic digital voltage stabilization and steady flow system.
Ø  Groundsill swill: less than 50um;Vibration acceleration: less than 0.05g. Avoid
too many punches and other machine tool equipments setting around.
Ø  No smoke and dust in the equipment space, avoid operational environment with much dust such as metal polishing and rubbing.
Ø  Air pressure: 86-106kpa
Ø  In certain environment, anti-static floor, strengthen shield and the other equipments should be installed.
Ø  Strict quality requirement of the circulating water for cooling use. Pure water, deionized water or distilled water are preferred, water contains much metallic ion and other minerals such as tap water, mineral water should not be used.
