Smooth welding seam, no need or little polish the seam after welding. High-quality of welding seam with no gas bubbles, can reduce or even improve the impurity of the original material. After welding, the intensity and toughness of welding seam are equal to or even larger than the original material.

System Structure

PB300CE laser welder is composed by YAG laser generator, fiber transmission system, PFCS laser power real-time feed-back control system, HPP700ACE laser power supply, cooling system and etc.
YAG laser generator adopts import ceramic reflection cavity, the maximum average laser power output is 300W, and the peak laser power is 6KW.
Fiber transmission system is configured 1 path in standard and 4 paths in optional, the length of fiber is 5m, and there is optional choice to be configured CCD welding monitor system in each path.
The PFCS laser power real-time feed-back control system ensures the stability of energy output in long running. Furthermore the laser pulse wave can be edited freely to satisfy different welding requirements. There is 50 sets waves data can be set, and each set contains 16 data parts, which need to set time and laser power percentage.
The HPP700ACE laser power supply adopts IGBT power switch with the functions in protections of over flow, over loading, pulse width, temperature and other circuits.

Operation Environment Requirements

Ambient temperature 15-35℃, air-conditioner needed.
Humidity 40%-80%; No dew; dehumidifier installation needed.
Power supply : AC380V; 50Hz
Electric Power net undulation: ±5%; Power net suited to the international standard. Area with voltage amplitude above 5% should install automatic digital voltage stabilization and steady flow system.
No strong electromagnetism signal interference around the equipment installed. No wireless injection station (or relay station) around.
Groundsill swill: less than 50um; Vibration acceleration: less than 0.05g. Avoid too many punches and other machine tool equipments setting around.
No smoke and dust in the equipment space, avoid operational environment with much dust such as metal polishing and rubbing.
Air pressure: 86-106kpa
In certain environment, anti-static floor, strengthen shield and the other equipments should be installed.
Strict quality requirement of the circulating water for cooling use. Pure water, deionized water or distilled water are preferred, water contains much metallic ion and other minerals such as tap water, mineral water should not be used.
